Inside Sales Coordinator
Inside sales position responsible for achieving sales and revenue goals for an assigned territory by developing, building and strengthening long-term relationships with customers. Reports to the Internal Sales Manager.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Receives telephone calls, emails or other correspondence from the dealers and accepts and places orders for product
  • Makes outgoing calls to dealers to solicit orders, advise of product availability or update the dealer on product backorder status
  • Collaboratively works with Internal Sales Manager and assigned Regional Sales Manager to develop an overall territory account plan to maximize opportunities and generate sales activity with customers
  • Grows and maintains existing customer and partner relationships through proactive telesales activity
  • Works closely with other internal departments to resolve customer issues
  • Performs other tasks as assigned


Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

Required:
  • High school diploma
  • Basic computer skills; Working knowledge of Windows operating system, MS Excel, MS Word, email, internet browser and general computer skills
  • Outstanding problem solving and leadership skills
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Excellent organizational skills and ability to adapt easily
  • Ability to remain professional, confident and patient at all times
  • Must be a team player
  • Must be able to work effectively and contribute value with limited direction
  • Demonstrate ability in problem solving and negotiation with special emphasis on corporate goals


Preferred:
  • Associate's degree with one to two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Working knowledge of the SAP ERP system
  • Industry knowledge


Equipment:
  • Computer and telephone. Very light physical effort is required, intermittent sitting, standing, and walking
