Professional Level Guitar Painter/Finisher
Top professional grade spraying and finishing guitars. Set up/operate various tools related to painting and finishing guitars.

Requirements:
  • Must possess basic math skills.
  • Have the ability to make decisions as to quality and deductions as to equipment performance.
  • Must be able to follow instructions, trouble shoot finish issues, and have attention to detail.
  • Must have familiarity with equipment related to painting and finishing (spray guns, sanders, paint booths, buffers, etc.).
  • High school diploma/GED.
  • 5 years of applicable experience or automotive painting certification is preferred.

ATE Automated Test Engineer
  • Position is responsible for design, development and sustaining Automated Test Equipment hardware and software for all types of audio equipment.
  • Supports various departments in manufacturing with computer related technical issues.


Requirements:
  • 3+ years experience and/or BSEE or BSEET
  • Experience with automated test equipment (HP and AP analyzers, APWIN, GPIB, GenRad, Etc.)
  • Proficient with Visual Basic programming
  • Familiarity with multiple operating systems (Windows NT, Windows 95, Windows XP, DOS, OS2 Warp) is preferred.
  • In-depth knowledge of electrical circuitry and wiring.
  • Excellent problem solving / critical thinking abilities

Machinery Maintenance Technician
Perform duties to maintain and troubleshoot equipment and machinery, prevent mechanical failure, adjust, replace and repair components and parts as needed to maintain safe and efficient operating conditions.
Essential Functions:
Electrical
  • Install and troubleshoot motors, motor control systems including variable frequency drives.
  • Install and troubleshoot CNC machinery (stepper, servo monitor systems).
  • Install and troubleshoot heater control systems including natural gas and electrical systems.
  • Design and build control systems for machinery built in house.
  • Troubleshoot PLC control systems
  • Program PLC's (Omron, Allen Bradley, Koyo brands)
Pneumatic
  • Install and troubleshoot pneumatic control systems (valves, pumps, air motors)
  • Design and build pneumatic control systems for machinery built in-house
  • Troubleshoot and repair paint systems (paint guns, pumps, booths)
Hydraulic
  • Install and troubleshoot hydraulic systems
Mechanical
  • Replace (bearings, pulleys, belts etc.) on production machinery
  • Troubleshoot mechanical systems
  • Perform preventive maintenance on all types of production machinery


Requirements:
  • High School graduate or equivalent
  • Minimum 3 years experience in Industrial Maintenance
