Knows and understands the wants, needs and demographics of the market, both domestic and export as well as understands the competition.
Creates and maintains excellent working relationships with R&D, Advertising, Sales, Manufacturing and Customers.
Develops and gets approved an effective product plan with strategies and objectives that clearly address where we are, where we want to go and how to get there.
Requirements:
- BS in Marketing, Business, helpful but not required.
- 5 -7 years experience in Pro Audio a must.
