NGD Peavey Generation???

Can someone please shine some light on what model this is? The rear of the headstock has USA made, but no model number.

What would be a fair price to try and sale this ? It is basically in mint condition aside from one chip on the body edge next to the switch, the chip doesn't go thru the paint. It even has the factory sticker on the back electronic cover. I have the original peavey hardshell case too.

I would think in the ballpark of $300. I'd put in on eBay for a start bid of $300 and let it go from there. Just make sure to take lots of good pictures. Shouldn't have any trouble selling it.
