Bi amp High and Low on Sp2 xt's

Post by twofly_51 » Thu Feb 03, 2011 3:26 pm

just had a question on some older SP2's I have. I just bought a pair of b1800d-pro behringer 18 inch powered subs, Im going to be running them with a ub2442fx- pro board. and an xrd 680 powered mixer for the SP2's. My question is do I use the high pass out on the subs to send signal back to the xrd 680 and then to the sp2s and if i do this, do i go into the full range on the back of the SP2's or the high pass on them. Don't know much about any of that, or do i just use the behringer board to send a control room out signal to the xrd and go into the full range on the SP2's, When i get the subs and put everything together I will most likely try lots of options but was just wondering if anyone had some input. Will most likely buy a rack mount amp or powered speaker tops but there not in the picture now.
