Realizing its mostly all but a glorified 1 x 12" cab I figured well take the chasis out & defang it then go from there. This makes it easier for repair, re-sell or even if I get it repaired maybe even make it a convert to head project.
Either way ... 10 minutes ... 8 screws ... done.

The charge is stored in the capacitors, not the transformers. It's best to lay the amp down on it's back when taking out the top screws so the chassis won't drop.
