Duct Tape And Super Glue Time

Post by lionheart » Thu Apr 23, 2015 5:35 am

Check out the link for the most badly damaged VIP3 I've ever seen for sale. The UK company (gear4music) who is offering it have lots of other "trashed in transit" items for sale at really exorbitant prices for what is generally way beyond reasonable repair.
Will I be bidding ?
NOT !

If the amp works, it would be a good candidate to be installed into an old radio cabinet. If the cabinet were made from solid wood, it may not have broken when apparently thrown down because of bad playing, bad marriage,or :D , whatever.

I would be worried about how they manage to ship something so damaged without making it much worse.
