What is your opinion of this product?
Maybe I’m biased being a Mississippian, but then again, the fact my wife and I inherited a Peavey PA system built over 50 years ago that I’ll put up against any DJ’s modern stuff anytime anyplace speaks for itself. I’ll admit I did drive over to Meridian about 10 years ago to get it cleaned and serviced and a couple of years later replaced the black widows, but the fact that I could still get oem parts for it? Well shazam man.
Now for the DW2. Didn’t really care if it was a Peavey, Taylor, or Rogue. Wanted something affordable to carry on the road to play with in the hotel at night because I work out of state a lot. Went to Guitar Center and compared a multitude of instruments in similar price range. The DW2 intonation, playability, and the resonance, oh the resonance; well nothing else there came close, and the selection was huge. Go see for yourself. You won’t be disappointed! Thanks Peavey! Keep up the great tradition!
