Peavey Congratulates Academy of Country Music Award Winners

LAS VEGAS—Peavey congratulates Brooks & Dunn, Kenny Chesney and Keith Urban on their honors in the 41st Academy of Country Music Awards ceremony, held May 23 at the MGM Grand Las Vegas.Brooks & Dunn won the Top Vocal Duo and Song of the Year awards, bringing their total ACM awards to a record 22 trophies. The duo's hit "Believe," which nabbed the latter honor, went to songwriters Ronnie Dunn and Craig Wiseman. Kenny Chesney won Entertainer of the Year and Keith Urban won Top Male Vocalist.Brooks & Dunn's band uses the Peavey Nashville 400 steel guitar amplifier; Chesney's band uses Pro Series bass amplifiers and Classic 30 and Nashville 400 guitar amplifiers; and Chris Rodriguez, Keith Urban's guitarist, plays an Omniac JD guitar through a Penta amplifier.
