Randy Houser on Tour with Peavey

Country crooner and Peavey artist Randy Houser will be touring this fall with Gary Allan and close friend Jerrod Niemann on the second leg of Allans Get Off On The Pain Tour.

Fans will get to see Randy performing songs from his sophomore album, They Call Me Cadillac, set for release on September 21. The project is already receiving rave reviews for its fusion of cutting-edge party tunes, classic country influences, and powerful lyrics. When asked about the project Randy told TheBoot.com, This album was more written toward something I want to put in my record player. When you're listening to radio and hear the same 20 songs over and over and over, you want a break from it. Sometimes you don't want to hear something that sounds just like everything else on the radio. That's kind of what I wanted to make -- something that my buddies or the good ole boys can stick in there ... that sounds a little bit different. That's refreshing. Hopefully we got that.

Randys first two singles off the album, Whistlin Dixie and Im All About It, earned Top 40 and Top 100 spots on Billboard country charts.His third single from the album, A Man Like Me, hits radio later this month.

Randy, who is known for his soulful singing and guitar playing, chooses Peavey gear for his live performances. Randy uses the Masterpiece 50 1x12, QW Monitors, and the Pro Comm PCX U-1002.
