Return Policy Info

Returns
Most new, unopened items can be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

If a returned item is not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error, a partial refund may be granted.

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If your return is approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
Depending on your bank, refunds may take 7-10 business days to post to your account. If you still have not received your refund after 7-10 business days, please contact us at directsales@peavey.com.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded; unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges (if applicable)
If an item is defective or damaged, it may be exchanged for the same item if available.

Shipping
To process a return or exchange, send an email to directsales@peavey.com requesting the return. You will be provided with a return authorization number and instructions for completing the return.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.

Peavey Electronics cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item. For your own protection, please consider using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance.
