Gig Pics Sticky
Gig Pics Sticky
I wish the Admins would make a sticky post where we could all post gig pics of Peavey Gear being successfully deployed out in the field. That way we could see how other users are using their gear and also just get to see some cool pics. proaudiospace.com has such a photo gallery, it would be cool if this one did. Just a suggestion
I always take a digital camera to my gigs to post pics on my website as well as just for the memories, I know alot of you do the same.

Ask and you shall receive. Let's see 'em!
I know I don't have to remind this group, but do make sure they are SFW.

Thanks so much Roger! I'll start it off with some pics I took of the Randy Montana Concert we did this past weekend at the Magnolia Center in Laurel.

Roger,
I'm confused. SFW:
Single Female White?
Slick, Fast & Wicked?
Something For Wally?
Something Freakin' Wonderful?
Safe For Women?
Please elaborate, there are too many choices!

Re: Gig Pics Sticky
OK, didn't get any really great pics of the amp, but here's one from a "Relay For Life" I played at last month.
There are 3 amps in this picture, an old (1979) Yamaha bass amp on the left (mine), a Peavey Classic 30 in the middle (also mine), and a small Marshall solid state on the right (my buddy Mike's).
That's me on the left, playing a custom Schecter tele through the Classic 30. My friend Mike is on the right playing my G&L 1000 bass through the Yamaha amp. He's a really good guitar player, was totally impressed with the C30.
For my setup, I use a Boss AC3 acoustic simulator and a Boss OD-3 pedal. The OD-3 is really just there to boost volume a bit for solos, I like the distortion channel on the C30 just fine.

I think he means Safe For Work? But I could be mistaken. If I ever get around to playing anywhere I'll make sure to get some pics.SemperFiSound wrote:Roger,

Ooh! Ooh! I got one from tonight!
"Liberation: A Tribute to Chicago" at the Phoenixville Summer Concert Series.
I really like my little QW-2 system. Filled the parking lot and the bars across the street!

I guess I never worked in a place like that - how boring.
Is that what corporate America is? Glad I retired.
Cheers,
Steve
