If it's a guitar speaker, you can post your question in the guitar amps section. If it's a PA speaker, there's a Pro Audio forum.

Frethead - I got some too...here's the email I got back from Peavey Customer Service:

Hello,
1210T - 1981 @ $279.00. Rated at 300 watts continuous
The faceplates aren't available. I've been here 17 years and you're the first person I've talked to that requested them. But we still don't have any.
There isn't much info on this old product that came out before the information age. : ).
The enclosure is 8 ohms and has four 8 ohm speakers wired in series parallel.
The piezo tweeter bank is in parallel and doesn't affect the impedance rating.

The tweeters would be connected (+) to (+) and *(-) to (-) to the top 10" speaker.
The top 10" speaker (-) is connected to the lower 10" (+)
The top 10" (+) is connected to the lower 12" speakers (+)
The lower 10" (-) is connected to the lower 12" speakers (-).
The upper 12" speakers (-) is connected to the lower 12" speakers (+)
The upper 12" speakers (-) is connected to the lower 12" speakers (+).
The original speakers aren't available anymore.
We can only recommend replacing these speakers with the Classic 50 Series 12" 8 ohm # 30777104 & 70777166 for the 10" used in the Delta Blues.

How would one remove the speaker grill on a Peavey 1210t-s speaker cabinet ?
