Right now I've got a VTM 60 and a Ultra 60 and I'm loving them both! I've owned a Valveking 100 head in the past and it was also a great amp.

I just bought a Peavey Bandit II . 20 years ago I had a Bandit 65 that served me very well, so I was tempted with a Bandit again. That said, I'm really happy with my Bandit and it also serve me as well if not better than my good old 65.

I have an older C/50.....and a new Bandit....plus a bunch of little amps
After maybe 11 years of using that HEAVY C/50 I took it and made a (2) piece out of it....
So far nothing sounds like or even comes close to my C/50 after "Cincy" gave me the heads-up on retubing....

Love the looks of that custom head. Awesome. with envy! See you have a Tele Custom II with P90's. I have the blonde version and I just love the sound of that guitar. Big bang for the buck IMHO.

I have a Vypyr 30 presently, but saving up for a tube amp, possibly a classic 30. I have gotten rid of a lot of gear since not gigging for a couple years. The Vypyr is OK for home, but still miss the TUBES.

Also notice your location is Western NY. I'm in Newfane, north of Lockport. Good to see someone local at the Whammy Bar & Grille! 8) :D
Amps:
Peavey Vypyr 30
Axes:
1992 Peavey Predator
Stomps:
Sanpera 1
Digitech Bad Monkey
Boss TU-2

I own 2 great peavey Amps, a Stereo Chorus 212 which has wonderful tone and plenty of volume and a Peavey Ultra 60 112 Combo. For years I hauled around the Stereo Chorus 212, I bought it new in 76. I purchased the Ultra60 Combo about 2 yrs ago and wish i had it yrs ago. I use a VOX SE pedal with the Ultra 60 and can get any tone, any sound I want. To me it is the perfect combination and a breeze to set up.
Stereo Chorus 212, Generation S1, Peavey Ultra 60, T-60 "1978",

I have 2 Peavey amps: a late 1980's Studio Pro 40 I got about a year ago, the most versatile and best sounding solid state amp I ever owned. (The reverb is a little "funny" right now - I fix it and it improves, but it's still not quite right*...)
I also have an even older Basic 30 amp that I use for bass - I bought it at least 25 years ago. The bass tones I get from it are just fine - I use an old Peavey US-made Foundation (I think...) bass that easily beats my old Fender Tele bass and a Chinese made Hoffner-like bass, but with 2 Gretsch-like pickups on it. It has a nice woody sound till you turn it up, then it roars.

I am thinking about a Peavey Classic 30 or a Blues amp - I miss my old Supro tube amp which I was dumb enough to sell about 16 years ago...

mark

* Put a new reverb spring tank in it...sounds better than ever.

Still the same old stuff.

1) Ultra plus 212 combo
2) Triple XXX 212 cab for it
3) Classic 50 212 with GB12 speakers
4) A Eagle works custom made 212 (Replica of a Fender bassman)

Still have the Red EVH Wolfgang (Neck pick up reversed and bolt split) a mess of pedals and a new Fender limited edition strat. (S-S-H one)

Oh and a Gibson custom shop CE-20 starlight acoustic that my youngest keeps borrowing.
I'm Just Sayin'.......
