Peavey Windsor 100 watt head.

Hello all.
I'm going to pull the trigger on a Windsor. Do I need to re-bias after changing power tubes? Or plug and play? I have a VK100 that, after re-tubing, I adore her.I thought she would like a new friend with an EL-34 flavor. Any thoughts or opinions? Thanks Peavey People!
