Peavey xxl head
Just wanting some opinions on this amp. Is it an amp i can gig with? Overall review of the amp from anyone who has played through one... thanks jim
Re: Peavey xxl head
It's definitely a gig worthy amp,. That's why I own 5 of them..
Great clean channel, I use the lead channel on the British and Classic mode the most,
Currently my favorite speakers with the XXL are a pair of WGS Liberator 80's in a Peavey Wiggy cabinet..
The XXL has PLENTY of volume and more gain than you could ever use, and has a wide variety of tones waiting to be heard!!
I say go for it!!

Here I thought I was a hogging them by owning 2 for my stereo rig.
You can gig with it. Mine approaches my Triple XXX, regarding tonal variety.

An excellent amp for any kind of music! Louder than you'll ever need. I unfortunately only have one
