transformer 705-18715 jumper 220V

Post by SLEPCOVI4 » Thu Dec 22, 2016 4:59 am

Bought Peavey Mark 400BH. Since I live in Russia, our outlet contains 220. There are inside the transformer jumper from 110 to 220 volts? And what parameters in the transformer. Thank you!

400BH schematic is easy to find, this web site has it in the Peavey section along with many others:
http://bmamps.com/Tech_sch.html

And you can always get schematics from customer service at Peavey.

705-18715 is a 120v power transfomer. As on the schematic, the 220v transformer is 705-16740

I understood everything correctly? To replace the transformer I need to exit from 52V and 5V secondary winding? :?:

You will need secondary windings to produce the 52v supplies and the 15v supplies.

And what is the current drawn from each of the coils? I'm not good at calculations. I think to order to make to the toroid.

He made a request to Peavey. But so far there is no response. No one knows how many amps each of the secondary windings?
 :?:
