Wedge-shaped bass amp

Post by LGuilmette » Mon Feb 13, 2017 8:19 pm

Hello bass people, I usually spend my time over on the guitar side of things, but had a vague memory snap into focus that belongs here: Years ago I sat in on a gig with a group and the bass player had a Peavey amp shaped like a floor wedge. I don't remember anything about it other than it's the only example of such I have ever seen. Does anyone here know of such a thing? Was it a production item or maybe something the guy made for himself? I remember thinking it was a good idea for club work. Ideas?

I remember the Session 400 wedge, but you probably saw a TNT150 wedge. They never sold a million of them, but they were regular production items.
