Headliner 1000 and 410 cabinet, need help
Ok so I have no idea how to connect the head to the cabinet, the head has one speakon and one 1/4 jack and the cabinet has one speakon and two 1/4 jacks I feel super stupid, but my guitar head and cabinet both have two 1/4 jacks so im confused.

The head has a quarter and a speakon, I assume wired in parallel, so it is a choice of either.
Your typical 4x12 has two jacks so you can daisy chain them. That is the two jacks are wired inside together, so you can run a cord from a head to the 4x12, then a second cord from that 4x12 to another 4x12. That is often more convenient than two cords from the head. This cab has the two jacks plus the speakon.
SO you can run a speakon to speakon cable between head and cab. Or you can run a 1/4 cord from head to cab. This whole thing is exactly what you had before, just with one of the 1/4 on the head replaced with a speakon.
