Taking a KB300 apart...

Post by LParkey » Fri Sep 22, 2017 2:34 pm

.....Hey guys....I've got an old KB300 that needs taken apart, and everything 'tightened
up'....screws, nuts, etc. Other than that, it works great! Anyone know how to do that? Thank you VERY much in advance....

How to take it apart? Pull the four screws out from the top, and pull the row of wood screws from the bottom edge of the rear panel. Then the whole chassis slides out the rear. You will want to disconnect the wires to the speaker to allow it to come fully free.

BTW Enzo...thank you very, VERY much! I was unexpectedly outta town for a while, but your
Info was perfect! I used it last nite. AND....I was right! It did need 'gone thru' and tightened up, cleaned up, etc. Still works perfectly. Ready for another 30 years!! 😊
