Does anyone know how to take the yellowed color on a pick guard back to white?

If you're up for a little home chemistry, try Retr0bright http://www.retr0bright.com/index.html. It's made using beauty shop strength Hydrogen Peroxide, Xanthin Gum, Glycerine, and "Oxy" laundry booster. Links to detailed instructions are at the top of the page.

I've used it on some large pieces of ABS and it really works.

Have you considered buying a replacement white pick guard and saving the now yellowed pick guard as original equipment?
