Replacement tuners for early 90's Fury

Post by TheZ » Fri May 12, 2017 2:11 am

Hey all, nice place you've got here. I've had a Fury for a while now and while I love it, it can be quite neck heavy. Has anyone had experience replacing the turners on their 90's model Fury bass with something more lightweight? I'd love to hear your opinions. Thanks

maybe too late to be useful, but maybe for someone...I have hipshot ultralights on one of mine with a drop tuner on the E. They play well, stay in tune and the bass is perfectly balanced. They look great from the front, but of course no so much from the back as the tuner plate is so much smaller
