Peavey Cabinet

Post by WilliamV » Sun Mar 12, 2017 4:55 am

Hi,
Does anyone recognize this cabinet? I got it recently and can't find out anything about it. I know it's old and has no speaker, but I plan to refurbish and use it.
Thanks in advance.

An old "scoop" bass bin. At least 30 years old and I don't recall what the mate top cabinets were. They had good output, though it must be said, you can get as much output today with a much smaller cabinet.

Don't believe me. I'm just guessing.

86A Means it was built in January 1986. An oldie for sure. Maybe Marty can chime in. Looks like a scoop design. I don't remember it either. Are you in the USA or?
