Hello anyone
My peavey 2030ht 4 way speaker enclosure mid horn 22a a super tweeter ht94 along with 2 scorpion 10's and 2 scorpion 15' plus.
I know that the 15's are wired as such parallel - yellow wire to positive and blue negitive, however heres the question. the mid 10 inch have
a yellow and black wire ,which of the two is the positive ? also for the mid horn 22a one wire is white the other is black again which is positive?
and last the super tweeter ht94 a red and a black wire which of the two is positive ?
I've looked for a schematic but no luck. On the crossover where the speakers are plugged in there appears to be plus markings and minus ajacent to the wires on the plug pins i would believe that to be correct for connecting the drivers but not sure. What confuses me is normal color codes dictates Black as ground though may not be true in this case as it appears black may mean something else.
So if someone could verifi these connections i would be very greatful.
I've had these speakers since 1990 they still sound like no other awesome.

In general with Peavey speakers the "brighter color" is positive.
Black and Red-Red positive.
Yellow and Blue-Yellow positive
White and Black-White positive

Yes , all black wires go to the Black Negative terminal on the speakers.

The mids have the polarity reversed for out of phase. If you would like some more of these cabs i have some and the 415 subs.
