You can do it, but it might shut down on you if you push it too hard or too long. Usually, if someone is using QW speakers, they are playing LOUD and are pushing their amps hard. If you run two QW218s per side of this amp, you are getting about 1250 watts per speaker. With one QW218 per side, you are getting 1800 watts per speaker, plus the amp is running at the optimal 4 ohm load. The QW218 can handle 1600 watts rms, 3200 watts program, and 6400 watts peak power, so an amp supplying 2650 watts per 4 ohm speaker cabinet would be the ideal match. The Peavey IPR7500 supplies 2800 watts per side into 4 ohms and is the closest match to the "ideal" that I see on a quick search. Two of those would let you shake a brick building at an outdoor event. Again, you can use the QSC5050 amp to run all four QW218s, you just won't get out all they are capable of.

If you run the amps in bridge mode, then you will need 4 amps for 4 QW218s. In bridge mode, each side of your amp will be running at a 2 ohm load when hooked to a 4 ohm QW218. It will also be delivering 5000 watts into a QW218 and that's enough to blow your speakers if you are not careful. I would recommend running in stereo mode and hooking one QW218 to each side of the amp. That way, you get 1800 watts rms into each sub cabinet and that's a safer load for the speakers and for the amps. You will need two QSC5050 amps to do this.
