115 HS wiring question

I'm repairing a 115HS monitor (with the double piezo horn & attenuator) and need help re-wiring the input jack. The only parts left on the panel are the attenuator and one switching 1/4" jack in the output position. Any help or diagrams are greatly appreciated!
