Peavey 212 MS/MC cabinets.

What's the difference between these 212 cabinets? I've been searching and I'm finding next to nothing on either of one these cabinets.

From my understanding, one cab has Peavey Sheffields and the other has Celestions. The "S" is the former and "C" is the latter. However, I could be mistaken. The "S" may also have Scorpions. The MC is the more desirable for most. I'm a fan of Sheffields. So, either variant is cool with me. Someone on here may know for sure, what each designation is.
