Hi.
The Footcontroller Randall RF4 or Tech21 Midi Mouse, are suitable for the Vypyr Pro 100 amplifier?
Which would you recommend?
1) http://www.musiciansfriend.com/amplifie ... footswitch
2)https://www.sweetwater.com/store/detail/MIDIMouse
Basically I need a compact footswitch to switch from one patch to another, I do not need any more advanced options.
My other question is, does the looper function only activate with the Sanpera Pro Pedal, or could it be activated with the RF4 or Midi Mouse?
Thank you.
Sorry for my English.
Small alternative to Sanpera Pro?
Re: Small alternative to Sanpera Pro?
They both should be able to switch patches on the Vypyr Pro, but nothing else.
The Randall RF4 can only select 4 patches, while with the Midi Mouse, you can select up to 128 patches from your Vypyr Pro.
(although I can't confirm it with absolute certainty,, because I don't own any of these two boxes).
However, for only $10 more, you can buy a Sanpera I.
The Sanpera I is very compact, and garanteed to work with the Vypyr Pro
With this controler, you can not only select patches, but also volume/wahwah pedal and looper.

Since the price is almost the same as the midi Mouse, I certainly would go for the Sanpera option.

Thanks for the answers, I did not have in mind the Sanpera I.
It will be an option that I will consider.
