Digitool MX hardware problem

I have a hardware problem with my Digitool MX. It runs unstable, reboots often. A transistor on the mainboard near to the front gets very hot, even starts slightly smoking, but is working correctly. I think there is a very fine short circuit somewhere. Now I would appreciate it if I could get the schematics for the device, because I can't go on without them. It would be a pity if I couldn't get that thing fixed.
