I have a challenge for you tweakers, (I am not - way too little patience).
I have been looking for some specific tones for a few artists I like such as George Lynch (Lynch Mob era), Nuno Bettencourt (Pornographitti era), and David Gilmore (both spacey clean and his driven tones). Any takers?

Re: Preset Challenge
I came up with these 2 which are close. Still don't have a Nuno patch I like.

Re: Preset Challenge
Hey, put up links to the youtube of a couple of these. I'm taking a few classes this summer, so I will be slow, but I'll try one or two. Pick up the free cabs from Redwirez as I may use them, or try them: http://redwirez.com/free1960g12m25s.jsp?ref=homebluesman001 wrote:I have a challenge for you tweakers, (I am not - way too little patience).

Hey. Here's a simple starter for Classic rock tones. I'll use it to tweak to what I find on your youtube songs. I may change to the classic 30 if need be, but I think a Marshead will suffice. First: Download the Red Wirez package. Use 7-zip or another program and right-click on the zip file and do a save as "Free-Marshall 1960A - G12Ms" (however it is written by default). It will give you the option, as it will be the same name as your downloaded zip. Then, navigate to C>Program data> Peavey Electronics> Revalver 4> impulses> add here a folder named "Red Wirez" just as I've written (no quotes). Place your newly extracted folder inside it. K, You should be good to load up this preset and what may follow.
