Sound issues

I had recently purchased the ampkit link it was working great until recently when I had to get a new iPad and now when I plug it i can't hear it unless I turn it in the ampkit+ app all the way up and continue to get bad feedback even after tweaking all the settings surprisingly in amplitube I don't have the same issue
