Revalver 4 locked in demo mode after purchase

After downloading and demoing I decided to purchase using the upgrade option from MKIII.v. After purchasing, I've opened up the store link through the software and redownloaded my license file to unlock R4. It's stuck in demo mode after several tries, restarts, and reboots. How can I get my software activated?

hi,i'm in a similar situation, except i didn't upgrade, i just bought i've bought revalver 4 producer edition , downloaded the program, authorized using a usb stick, but it keeps showing all the amps with the D for demo. in my account says I own all of them. how can I make the program aware of that? I already connected to the amp store, it says licence key downloaded, restart the program and nothing happens. please help

Received email from Jose to redownload my license file but now I cant log into the amp store through the peavey website or through the Revalver 4 software.

Scott, in the process of fixing your issue, a duplicate account was found and removed. Most likely the one that was removed was the one that had your most recent password associated to it. I suggest trying the "Forgotten Password?" option to reset your password.

Reset password and able to log in to web amp store and through R4 software. R4 asked me to register and lock a USB device and I did. It says it downloaded my license and I restarted but I'm still in demo mode. I went to my account on Peavy web site and it did not have my serial # for MKIII.V listed anymore, and it does say I own the R4 Producers pack. Tried to register my serial but it says it's already registered. Now what? :(

It should have been registered to my guitardedguy email account.

I'll get the serial number merged into the new account, however that's a separate issue and shouldn't affect your license. I'll research further, however, can you go ahead and open a support ticket?

I have a similar problem. I bought a new MacBook Pro and my revolver 4 is stuck in demo mode. It says I didn't put the appropriate USB in. When I open it up on my old computer, it works just fine. I have been trying to get answers for the last two days. Can anyone PLEASE help me. Also with revolver stuck in demo mode my protools sessions won't save either...........anyone?????
