Reaper not giving me sound with vst plugin

I had it working once and then it just stopped. So now i officially can't record this with anything. The track is record armed. Monitoring is on. I have tried many different audio inputs and outputs. Revalver is showing no levels when I strum my guitar. If I open it in standalone mode it works fine. The vst just gets nothing. Argh! :x

What interface are you using, what recording software? What audio driver do you have ReValver set to? WDM? ASIO? What kinda computer? OS?
