License Issue

Hello, I own Revalver MKIII.V, I've had issues with my PC and have had several crashes the past several months. I finally tired if this and installed a new SSD this week and when I tried to re-install Revalver I received and error message that stated "Maximum Activation's Reached", it says to view https://secure.peavey.com/revalver to see existing activations, but that link doesn't work. When I log in to my account I can see my serial number, but I don't see any options to fix the issue.... after installing the SSD, I upgraded to windows 10 and completely wiped all the data from my hard drive to start a fresh install of all my music software and DAW, I'm still using the same motherboard, Any suggestions? I submitted a ticket yesterday the 18th. What is the usual response time?
