Unable to setup on/off stomp switch using MIDI Controller

Post by strats » Thu Sep 14, 2017 11:21 pm

Hi,

Using MIDI Mapping, I am trying to set up a ReValver 4 stompbox (e.g CE-Guitar Chorus Pedal) such that I can switch it on and off using my GT 10 as the midi controller. The problem I am having is that the switch is only working as momentary. I want it to work as an on/off toggle. I have successfully done this with Guitar Rig and Amplitube using the same controller.

Here is what I am doing with ReValver:

1. Right-click on the stomp
2. Click on "MIDI Mapping..."
3. Click on "Create midi mapping for this control"
==>ReValver prompts with "Awaiting MIDI Input..."
4. Press the control pedal on my midi controller
==>ReValver displays "A message was received" along with the MIDI CC number associated with the pedal I pressed on controller
5. Click DONE
6. Press the control pedal on my controller and the stomp goes on but only while I keep the pedal pressed

Initially on Guitar Rig and Amplitube I experienced the same behavior but then found that they each had a way of setting the particular stomp switch as a togged/latched. How do I go about doing the same thing in ReValver?

Thanks.
