Unable to Install.

Post by omgwhywontitwork » Sun Jan 11, 2015 12:01 am

So I've bought a Peavey X-Port and gone to use it hoping it would have software on the device (my laptop has no disc drive at all). I can't actually use it lol... Is there any kind of digital download? I have the disc and CD key and all the packaging etc. I just can't use any of it. Someone please help me.

Please uninstalll the Xport in the device manager, then disconnect the Xport and try again. Let me know how it goes.

Hi, I'm having the same problem as the Person above. I'm also getting Error Code 5. Is there a solution? I've already tried uninstalling, unplugging, replugging and reinstailling.

Hello. Are you using the drivers we have provided on the website? Also, would you be willing to do a remote support session?
