hi guys
i was cleaning out the basement and ran across my old Peavey columns
I'm here cause after looking and looking i can not find any info about these columns ... on the back of the columns the model is 412h columns...thats all the info i have, although i believe they're mid to late 70's.
I haven't used them in years and no longer have a head unit so i am considering selling them, but id like to know more about them before i put a price on them. any one have any clues? Thanks in advance

As someone wrote..."a picture is worth a 1000 words."
If you can post a few jpgs, I'm sure someone will know what you are referring to.
Cheers,
Steve

Re: peavey 412h columns
Okay, I do not know these columns personally, but I have the 1210Ts. Two 12's on two 10s and 3 piezo tweets on top. Same styling.
Like you thought, early 70's. Mine are rated at 300w/8ohms. Not worth very much ($150), unless you find someone (like me) who is attached for sentimental reasons. They are not good for proper sound reinforcement but perhaps guitar...
Someone else will chime in here soon, by Monday fer sure, with a better analysis.
I know I'm not the oldest member here....

I like those old cabs for side fills sometimes. I used to have a pair of these back in the day.

What would you say the ratings are for these Cabs? (Attached)
I have two, and neither provide information on the ratings, etc. This page is the closest to finding any information on the web for these suckers...

LD,
If no one has any ideas over the next day, when Peavey Customer Service is open, give them a ring and direct them to this picture.
OR
You could email ([email protected]) them the picture and let them respond when they figure it out.
Cheers,
Steve
